Project Overview

Film Vžig is a student short film project where I served as Film Producer, leading comprehensive production management from initial concept through successful premiere. The project involved managing a 30-person production team, securing funding, coordinating complex logistics, and overseeing all aspects of filmmaking including pre-production, filming, post-production, and premiere event organization.

The Challenge

Managing a 30-person film production team presented significant logistical and organizational challenges. Coordinating schedules, responsibilities, and resources across a large crew while securing funding and managing budget constraints required comprehensive leadership and project management skills. The challenge was ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflow during intensive filming days while maintaining creative vision and meeting premiere deadlines.

As Film Producer, I established comprehensive team management systems to coordinate the 30-person crew effectively. Secured necessary funding, managed budget allocation, and organized complex filming day logistics. Led the entire production from initial concept through successful premiere while maintaining team coordination and meeting all deadlines.
